Church Rectory: Orland Park, IL

Complete flooring was contracted by Our Lady of The Woods Catholic Parish in the spring of 2012 to replace the carpet in the second floor living area of the church rectory for the arrival of its new pastor.

At that time the staff asked if the hardwood flooring on the main level should be sanded and refinished.

After asking the staff some simple history questions and completing a thorough inspection of the floor, we concluded the original floor installation and finish was approximately 9 yrs. old and in relatively good condition. However, the floor was showing signs of surface scratching, cloudy and water spotting.

We recommended 2 coats of our Premium Waterborne finish.

The process was completed in less than one day and saved the parish the need for full sanding and refinishing.
