Chicago Luxury Condo: Huron St.

Originally this beautiful Natural Hickory floor was installed By Complete Flooring in this residential luxury condominium on west Huron Street in Chicago IL.

The Floor was installed in 2005 as part of the original construction project.

Recently the owner contacted us asking if the floor could be completely sanded and refinished due to a rough tenant condition.

After inspecting the floor we told the owner the condition was not poor enough to resand and just needed a recoat. The entire process cost less than $500.00 and saved the owner thousands of dollars.
